For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must make full payment to the courier upon delivery.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

We currently offer free nationwide delivery within Pakistan.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Naqsh & Motifs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those conditions.
