Shipping & Delivery

- We offer free nationwide delivery across Pakistan on all orders.

- Orders are dispatched after confirmation and quality checking.

- Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch (additional days will apply in case of stitching)

- Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Naqsh & Motifs will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Order Confirmation

For certain orders, especially Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
